MCQdog is a purpose-built multiple-choice trainer for the anaesthesia primary exam. It pulls together hundreds of exam-recalled questions across every primary topic and lets you drill them in a fast, focused way — timed Test Mode for exam conditions, or untimed Practice with instant feedback and source notes.
The free preview lets you try the app on a sample of questions. A single one-time payment then unlocks:
Building and maintaining MCQdog takes real, ongoing work: sourcing and cross-checking questions against real sittings, grading their reliability, writing notes, curating the SAQ and viva material, and keeping the whole thing running and up to date. A one-time fee — rather than a subscription — keeps it fair: you pay once, you keep access. That fee is what lets the content stay accurate and keep growing instead of going stale.
It's deliberately not a subscription. No recurring charges, no renewals, no surprise bills before your exam.
In the interest of being upfront: parts of the MCQdog platform — including this website — and parts of the question bank were developed with the assistance of AI tools. Where AI was used to reconstruct or clarify a garbled or incomplete recalled question, we've reviewed it for accuracy, and every question carries a reliability tier so you can judge how much to trust it. If you spot something that looks off, the "Report an issue" button on any question sends it straight to us for review.
