It pulls together hundreds of exam-recalled questions across every primary topic and lets you drill them in a fast, focused way. A lot of work has gone into developing this web app, however most of the MCQ content is from freely available sources and utilises other people's remembered answers and work.
It doesn't feel right to be profiting off other people's goodwill and work. The $20 one-off fee is to help pay for web hosting, AI tools, and the MCQdog's coffee addiction.
As a consultant anaesthetist and primary exam tutor, this is a passion project for me. The money generated from this site will never pay for the time I have put in, but that isn't the point.
However, each purchase does buy me about 4 coffees at a cafe, or 2 bags of beans (if I really want bang for my buck), and allows me to continue improving the site.

In the interest of being upfront: parts of the MCQdog platform (including this website) and parts of the question bank were developed with the assistance of AI tools. Where AI was used to reconstruct or clarify a garbled or incomplete recalled question, we've reviewed it for accuracy, and every question carries a reliability tier so you can judge how much to trust it. If you spot something that looks off, the "Report an issue" button on any question sends it straight to us for review.
