MCQdog works as an installable app on your phone or computer: an icon on your home screen, opens full-screen with no browser address bar, and loads faster. No app store needed — it installs straight from your browser.
iPhone / iPad (Safari)
- Open mcqdog.com in Safari (this only works in Safari, not Chrome, on iOS).
- Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up) in the toolbar.
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
- Tap Add in the top right.
If you installed MCQdog before and it showed a generic letter instead of the dog icon, delete that icon and add it again — iOS caches the icon at install time and won't pick up a fix on its own.
Android (Chrome)
- Open mcqdog.com in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu (top right).
- Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app" (wording varies by Chrome version).
- Confirm by tapping Add / Install.
Desktop (Chrome / Edge)
- Open mcqdog.com.
- Click the install icon in the address bar (a small monitor-with-arrow icon on the right side), or open the ⋮ menu and choose "Install MCQdog…".
- Click Install in the prompt.
MCQdog then opens in its own window from your dock/taskbar or applications list, separate from your regular browser tabs.
